Connection / Crash / Authentication error with the Windows Client * Solved

Hello Ghosties,

We recently identified some difficulties with our latest Windows client, specifically build

Our Dev Team is working hard to fix the problem as it's our top priority right now. There is a current build that works just fine and it can be downloaded from our website. Here is what we recommend: 

1. Uninstall Cyberghost if you have version (you can check that if you open the client > settings > general)

2. Download a fresh Cyberghost version from our website:

3. Install Cyberghost (right click on the installation file and select the option ''run as administrator'')

4. Restart the PC and start Cyberghost.

There is no need to create a new ticket in support, we are aware of the situation and are doing our best to work with the dev team for a fix. Once the update is stable, you will be asked to update your software.
