How do I revoke a subscription after buying?

If you need to cancel a subscription after you have paid, you can do so directly in the paying confirmation page. There, right below the list of ordered products and the download button for the CyberGhost VPN Windows client you will find a line called ‘Subscription cancellation’ or similar. Please click on the link provided there to cancel your subscription.

After you canceled a subscription, you will get another email, confirming your cancellation. Also in this mail included is a link, which you can use to reactivate your subscription - just in case.

After a subscription is activated it's a bit tough to cancel a subscription. Please contact cleverbridge and see what he can do for you or contact CyberGhost support via your account management page. A decision will be made in respect to the respective individual case.
