First of all, make sure that you are connected to the dedicated streaming server and that the connection is not leaking any data - DNS, IPv6, and WebRTC are the most common leaks. To make sure your connection is properly configured, check if your status is "Protected" on our website.

Here are the main problems that we have noticed and that may occur when streaming with Netflix:
Netflix content is loading, but not playing.
Should this happen on your device, try this:
- Switch between connection protocols (applicable only on Windows, Linux, iOS)
