If you are unable to send an email through your email application (Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail), there may be several reasons for this.
*Note : There is no problem when you access your email from a web browser.
Here is what you should try first :
- Add to the exception list (Windows only) the incoming (IMAP or POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server addresses of your email provider. OpenVPN will be the default protocol.
- Change the outgoing and incoming mail ports used by your email client. Unsecured port 25 is blocked by our service, so use other commonly used email ports such as 587 or 465.
- Switch to another VPN Server. The email provider may block access to its email services from IP addresses of known VPN servers.
- Update to the latest version of your email app.
