In some cases, people report very slow download rates. This is due to the fact that CyberGhost does not allow port forwarding, which means that all incoming connections are blocked.
This behavior causes other clients to be unavailable, users can no longer connect with your P2P client and you get a weak ID (because you don't seed and just leech). In this case, there is no point in adapting your software's router and/or firewall and opening the necessary port to the client or activating UPnP or NAT-PMP (which provide port forwarding).
If CyberGhost allowed port forwarding, a user would be identifiable because a port can be assigned to him.
