How to Sign Up For or Log Into CyberGhost VPN for Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick

You can start using CyberGhost VPN on your Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick with an active subscription. If you already have an account, you can log into it to connect to CyberGhost. If you don’t yet have a subscription, you can get one inside the CyberGhost app on your Fire TV or Fire Stick.

Subscribe to CyberGhost VPN (New Users)

When you first open CyberGhost VPN, you’ll see a request to share essential and analytics data, which we use to operate and improve our services. This data won’t be tracked back to you. The information is anonymized and doesn’t include your browsing activity or VPN traffic.

1. Choose Continue when asked about the sharing of data.

2. On the next screen, select Open regular login.

3. Next, select New user? at the bottom of the screen.

4. You’ll then be prompted to create a new account. Enter your email address and a password. Your passwords need to have 8+ characters, including numbers, special characters, and mixed-case letters.
5. Select your preferred plan and then select Subscribe now.

6. Next, follow the on-screen billing steps.
7. Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Open the attached link to activate your account.

Log Into CyberGhost VPN (Existing Users)

To log into the CyberGhost application on an Amazon Fire device, you have two options: log in using a PIN or log in with your username and password.

Log In Using a PIN

When you first open the CyberGhost app on Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick, a PIN is displayed.

To use it:

1. Log into your CyberGhost account from a web browser on any device. 
2. Go to Download Hub.

3. Scroll down to CyberGhost VPN for Amazon Fire TV and select Connect.

4. Insert the PIN shown on your TV screen and click Save.

5. On your Fire device, hit Validate PIN and it will auto-sync with your account page.

Using the Regular Login Option

1. Click Open regular login.

2. Enter your email/username and password and click Login.

Note: If you have forgotten your login details, select Recover account. CyberGhost will send a recovery link to the email address registered to your account.
