Send Debug Logs on Linux

Sometimes our customer support team may ask you to send the application debug log files to assist in the troubleshooting process.

This article will show you how you can send debug logs.

To get debug logs on Linux, please open the Terminal window and type these commands:

sudo cat ~/.cyberghost/logs/* >> ~/Desktop/clilog.txt

This will save the clilog.txt file on your desktop. Please send us the file:
