Sometimes our customer support team may ask you to send the application debug log files to assist with troubleshooting.
Note: Debug logs are files that capture selected technical information to help analyze problems, such as some actions, errors, connection attempts, and system events. They do not include passwords or payment details.
To get your debug logs, open the Terminal and run:
sudo cat ~/.cyberghost/logs/* >> ~/Desktop/clilog.txtThis will save a file called clilog.txt to your desktop.
Once you have the file, you can send it to customer support via:
