Maximum Number of Devices Reached: What Can I Do?

You can install CyberGhost VPN on any number of devices, but only 7 devices can be connected to the VPN at once.

This applies no matter where you purchased your subscription; it includes subscriptions purchased via iOS in-app purchase, Android in-app purchase, or via the CyberGhost website. 

Please note: Your e-mail address needs to be linked to the App Store or Play Store purchase so that you can use the same plan across 7 devices at the same time on various platforms.

If you reach the 7-device limit, you’ll need to disconnect an active device before you can connect another. 

To manage and remove connected devices:

1. Log into your CyberGhost account.
2. Go to the VPN tab.
3. To clear a slot, press the Delete button next to the device you no longer use or no longer want connected to your account.

Removing a device from your account immediately revokes VPN access on that device. If it currently has an active VPN connection, the connection will be disconnected.
