How to Cancel a CyberGhost VPN Subscription from Your Apple Device

This guide shows you how to cancel a CyberGhost VPN subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

Important: If you purchased your subscription via the App Store on iOS, you can’t cancel it in the CyberGhost VPN app. You must cancel it through your Apple account settings.

Cancel a Subscription on iPhone or iPad

Note: To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or next billing date. Otherwise, your subscription may renew automatically.

1. Open the App Store and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

3. Select CyberGhost VPN.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription again to confirm.

After you cancel, you can continue using CyberGhost VPN until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you renew your subscription.

Request a Refund from Apple

Subscriptions purchased via the App Store or iTunes do not qualify for CyberGhost VPN's money-back guarantee. Instead, you will need to request a refund through the App Store, which issued solely at the discretion of Apple Support.

If you would like to request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem website and follow the instructions provided by Apple.

Apple reviews all refund requests and determines whether a refund will be issued.
