How to Start a Free Trial or Subscription
CyberGhost VPN offers a 1-week free trial for long-term offers available directly through the App Store. When the free trial ends, you’ll be charged for the subscription, which will automatically start.
To start a 1-week free trial:
- On the login page, tap Subscribe now.
- Select your payment method.
- Double-click the side button on your iOS device to confirm the subscription.
Note: Your 1-week free trial will begin immediately. After the trial ends, you will be charged for a yearly subscription unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If you don’t want to commit to a longer-term subscription, you can opt for a monthly subscription. The monthly subscription doesn’t come with a free trial, though.
To get it:
- On the subscription page, tap Subscribe for [price] / month.
Your monthly subscription will begin immediately and renew each month.
How to Recover Your Purchase
If you purchased your CyberGhost VPN subscription through the App Store, you can select Recover purchases to restore access to your subscription.
If there is an active subscription associated with your Apple ID, the app will sign you in automatically.
You may need to recover your purchase if:
- Your subscription has expired, and you want to resubscribe using the same method.
- You want to use your subscription on another iOS device.
Login trouble? If you see a pop-up saying “No subscription found,” it could be because you’re not using the correct login. You should make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account used to purchase your CyberGhost VPN subscription.
I Already Have an Account
On the login page, select I already have an account.
- Enter your email address and password, then tap Log in.
