How to Sign Up or Log Into CyberGhost on Android TV

Existing Users: Log Into Your Account

If you already have a CyberGhost subscription, you have two login options: using a PIN code or using your username and password.

Option 1: Log In with a PIN

  1. Log into your account dashboard using this link or by typing cgvpn.info/link in your browser. 
  2. Go to Download Hub > CyberGhost VPN for Android TV > Connect.

  1. Enter the 4-digit PIN shown on your TV screen.

  1. On your Android TV, select Validate PIN and you’ll be automatically logged in.

Option 2: Log In with Your Username and Password

  1. Select Open regular login.

  1. Enter your username and password to start using the service.

New Users: Start a Plan or Free Trial

New users can also purchase a plan directly within the Android TV app, and may be able to try CyberGhost with its 3-day free trial before committing to a subscription. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Press the New user? option.

  1. On the next screen, enter an email address and password for your new account, then select Create account.

  1. If available, select Start your trial. You will receive an email containing a verification link. You must verify your account using this link before the trial can begin.
  2. Choose the plan you want and click Subscribe now. Add a payment method and start your subscription (which begins with the trial period, if available).
