Use the following steps to do this :
- Open your Android's Settings
- Find the Applications & Notifications area
- Select CyberGhost VPN
- Tap Storage
- Select both Clear Cache as well as Clear Data
- Reboot your device and launch CyberGhost again
*Remember that if you delete the data from the application, all your settings will be deleted and you will need to log in again, so make sure you have access to your username and password.
