Open the CyberGhost VPN app and tap the settings icon.

Scroll down and tap Report a problem. This will open a web form inside the app.

Fill in the form with as many details as possible to help us understand the issue. Attachments are optional, but you can include screenshots to help show in-app errors.
Note: Our form and analytics collect technical data, including device name, operating system, and country location. This information is not tied to you personally, but helps us diagnose device-specific behavior and regional connectivity issues.
