How Many Devices Can I Use at the Same Time with One Account or Subscription?

With a single CyberGhost subscription, you can connect to the VPN on up to 7 different devices at the same time, regardless of platform. You can install CyberGhost VPN on any number of devices, but only 7 devices can be connected to the VPN at once.

This applies no matter where you purchased your subscription; it includes subscriptions purchased via iOS in-app purchase, Android in-app purchase, or via the CyberGhost website.

Please note: Your e-mail address needs to be linked to the App Store or Play Store purchase so that you can use the same plan across 7 devices at the same time on various platforms. 

If you reach the 7-device limit, you’ll need to disconnect an active device before you can connect another. You can manage and remove connected devices in your CyberGhost account under the VPN section. Once a slot becomes available, you can use it on any supported device.
