How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

This page will show you how you can cancel your CyberGhost VPN subscription.

CyberGhost VPN subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each service period, until you decide to cancel your automatic payments.

Note: Canceling your subscription doesn't automatically refund your subscription. Please contact our support team to request a refund.

Follow these steps:
1. Go to your CyberGhost account and select the profile logo in the top-right side.

2. Select Subscriptions.

3. Select Cancel Subscription.

4. Select Continue To Cancel.

You will see a screen saying “The automatic billing for your CyberGhost VPN subscription has been turned OFF.” This means you have successfully cancelled your CyberGhost VPN subscription, and can keep using it until the end of your paid subscription period.

Cancel a subscription purchased via the Apple App Store

Follow these steps: 

1. Open the Settings menu on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the name that appears at the top of the Settings menu.
3. Tap on iTunes & App Store.
4. Tap Apple ID at the very top of the screen.
5. Choose View Apple ID.
6. Log in with your Apple ID.
7. Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap on the CyberGhost subscription.
8. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You will receive a pop-up message to confirm that you wish to cancel the subscription.

Note: This will only cancel any future charges. To refund an iTunes subscription, please contact the Apple support team.

Cancel a subscription purchased via the Google Play Store

Follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Google Play Store.
2. Tap on your profile in the upper right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions and select the CyberGhost VPN subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

Note: This will only cancel any future charges. To refund your subscription, please contact our support team.
