This article gives a short overview of the features available on your CyberGhost account page. You can manage these settings online by visiting the CyberGhost Account Management page in your preferred web browser on desktop or mobile.

Download Hub
The Download Hub is where you can download and manage CyberGhost apps and services. Follow the instructions below to access it on a desktop or mobile browser.
Desktop
Select Download Hub from the left menu.
Find the desktop app for your device and select Download, or find your mobile device and click to open the CyberGhost VPN download page in the relevant app store.
You can also configure CyberGhost for Linux or set up connections for other devices, such as a smart TV or gaming console.
Once a product is installed or configured on a device, it will appear in the devices list, which you can access by clicking Manage My Devices. You can view additional details here, such as the date the device was added.

Tap Download Hub.
From here, you can tap the relevant app store for your mobile device to open the CyberGhost VPN download page.
You can also tap Manage My Devices to view and manage devices linked to your CyberGhost VPN account.
Change VPN Plan
Selecting Change VPN Plan from your user dashboard will open our main order page. This lets you review available subscription options, extend your plan, change your subscription length, or add optional features to your CyberGhost account.
Desktop
Select Change VPN Plan from the left menu.
You should see options to change your VPN plan. Select the checkbox next to the plan you want and continue to complete the checkout.

VPN
The VPN page lists all registered devices linked to your CyberGhost account. A registered device is any device that is using CyberGhost VPN and linked to your account.
From here, you can download CyberGhost on a registered device, rename a device, remove a device, or configure a device for manual setup.

Select VPN from the left menu. You should see all active VPN devices.

Smart DNS
Smart DNS is a CyberGhost feature that changes how some DNS requests are handled on supported devices. It’s mainly used on devices that don’t support the CyberGhost VPN app.
Note: Our SmartDNS feature is no longer compatible with streaming services. It can still be used for general DNS purposes.
Desktop
Select Smart DNS from the left menu. You should see your Smart DNS settings and an Enable Smart DNS button to set it up. If it’s already set up, you’ll see a list of Smart DNS servers ready to use.

Security Suite (Windows only)
Note: Security Suite is an optional add-on for CyberGhost and will only appear on your dashboard if you’ve purchased it and are on Windows.
Security Suite refers to CyberGhost VPN’s additional security apps for Windows:
- Privacy Guard: Helps you manage Microsoft privacy settings.
- Security Updater: Detects vulnerable applications and programs.
- Antivirus: Provides real-time protection against malicious software.
The Security Suite section in your CyberGhost account lets you view the devices where the add-on is active. However, most Security Suite controls are managed from the CyberGhost VPN app. You can also change the names of devices here or remove them completely.
Dedicated IP
Note: Dedicated IP is an optional, paid add-on.
If you have added Dedicated IP to your CyberGhost VPN subscription, the Dedicated IP page lets you redeem your token, choose the location for your Dedicated IP, and view the setup instructions for using it in the CyberGhost VPN app.
Make sure to save your token before closing or refreshing the page, as it will only be shown once.

Select Dedicated IP from the left menu. You will see the option to redeem your Dedicated IP token.

Browser Extensions
Note: CyberGhost VPN browser extensions are only available on desktop.
Use the Browser Extensions tab to view and download CyberGhost’s available browser extensions. You can install the CyberGhost VPN extension for Chrome or Firefox or add the CyberGhost Cookie Cleaner extension to help clear your browsing history, cached images and files, and cookies and website data.
Note: You do not need to log into or have a CyberGhost VPN account to use our browser extensions. You can also install them directly from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons and use them for free without any account.
Identity Guard
CyberGhost Identity Guard tools include a Leak Monitor and a Password checker.
Leak Monitor can alert you if your email address appears in a data breach, so you can quickly change your password if needed.
Password checker lets you check whether a password has appeared in a previous data breach.
Desktop
Select Identity Guard from the left menu. You’ll see the Leak Monitor and Password checker tabs.

My Account
You can also use your CyberGhost user dashboard to manage your account and subscription. To do so, click your profile icon on desktop (a Ghostie by default) or burger menu (☰) on mobile in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
From here, you can view and manage:
Account Settings
Account settings let you update your username, email address, password, and profile Ghostie, as well as activate eligible purchases or delete your CyberGhost account.
Subscriptions
Note: This area is only visible if you have an active subscription linked to your account.
The subscriptions menu includes three main categories:
- Active subscriptions: Shows your current subscription type and details, including the purchase date, expiration date, invoices available for download, and automatic renewal settings.
- Payment details: Shows the payment method used for your CyberGhost subscription. You can update it if your listed card has expired or is no longer available.
- Subscription history: Lists the transactions made on your account.
Refer a Friend
In this section, you can invite up to 3 friends to CyberGhost. For each accepted invite, both you and your friend will receive 30 free days of VPN protection, up to a total of 90 free days.
