Download Hub
You can download and manage CyberGhost apps and services from here. Find the desktop app for your device and select Download, or find your mobile device and click to open the CyberGhost VPN download page in the relevant app store.
You can also configure CyberGhost for Linux or set up connections for other devices, such as a smart TV or gaming console.
Once a product is installed or configured on a device, it will appear in the devices list, which you can access by clicking Manage My Devices. You can view additional details here, such as the date the device was added.
Change VPN Plan
Selecting Change VPN Plan from your user dashboard will open our main order page. This lets you review available subscription options, extend your plan, change your subscription length, or add optional features to your CyberGhost account.
VPN
This page lists all registered devices linked to your CyberGhost account. A registered device is any device that is using CyberGhost VPN and linked to your account.
From here, you can download CyberGhost on a registered device, rename a device, remove a device, or configure a device for manual setup.
Smart DNS
Smart DNS is a CyberGhost feature that changes how some DNS requests are handled on supported devices. It’s mainly used on devices that don’t support the CyberGhost VPN app.
Read our guide on how to configure Smart DNS for more information.
Security Suite (Windows only)
Note: Security Suite is an optional add-on for CyberGhost and will only appear on your dashboard if you’ve purchased it and are on Windows.
Security Suite refers to CyberGhost VPN’s additional security apps for Windows:
- Privacy Guard: Helps you manage Microsoft privacy settings.
- Security Updater: Detects vulnerable applications and programs.
- Antivirus: Provides real-time protection against malicious software.
The Security Suite section in your CyberGhost account lets you view the devices where the add-on is active. However, most Security Suite controls are managed from the CyberGhost VPN app. You can also change the names of devices here or remove them completely.
Dedicated IP
Note: Dedicated IP is an optional, paid add-on.
If you have added Dedicated IP to your CyberGhost VPN subscription, the Dedicated IP page lets you redeem your token, choose the location for your Dedicated IP, and view the setup instructions for using it in the CyberGhost VPN app.
Make sure to save your token before closing or refreshing the page, as it will only be shown once.
Browser Extensions
Use the Browser Extensions tab to view and download CyberGhost’s available browser extensions. You can install the CyberGhost VPN extension for Chrome or Firefox, or add the CyberGhost Cookie Cleaner extension to help clear your browsing history, cached images and files, as well as cookies and website data.
Identity Guard
CyberGhost Identity Guard tools include a Leak checker and a Password checker.
Leak checker can alert you if your email address appears in a data breach, so you can quickly change your password if needed.
Password checker lets you check whether a password has appeared in a previous data breach.
My Account
You can also use your CyberGhost user dashboard to manage your account and subscription. To do so, click your profile icon (a Ghostie, by default) in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
From here, you can view and manage:
Account Settings
Account settings let you update your username, email address, password, and profile Ghostie, as well as activate eligible purchases or delete your CyberGhost account.
Subscriptions
Note: This area is only visible if you have an active subscription linked to your account.
The subscriptions menu includes three main categories:
- Active subscriptions: Shows your current subscription type and details, including the purchase date, expiration date, invoices available for download, and automatic renewal settings.
- Payment details: Shows the payment method used for your CyberGhost subscription. You can update it if your listed card has expired or is no longer available.
- Subscription history: Lists the transactions made on your account.
Refer a Friend
In this section, you can invite up to 3 friends to CyberGhost. For each accepted invite, both you and your friend will receive 30 free days of VPN protection, up to a total of 90 free days.
