What to Expect When You Delete Your Account

Before you go ahead with deleting your account, please note the following:

• All subscriptions associated with your email address will be deleted. 
• You will lose access to all services, including your account page. 
• We will no longer have access to identifiable personal information associated with your account.
• We will not be able to fulfill any account-related requests, including billing, payment, and refund queries. 

This request is irreversible. Should you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

How to Delete Your CyberGhost VPN Account 

1. Log into your account dashboard. 

   

2. In the upper right side, click on your profile and select Account settings.

   

3. Click Delete my account.

   

4. Confirm by selecting Delete my account on the next prompt. Now, you have successfully deleted your CyberGhost VPN account.
