If you are experiencing issues streaming on your preferred platform while using CyberGhost VPN, follow the steps below.
To comply with the streaming platform’s Terms of Use and CyberGhost Terms of Service, connect to a server location that matches the country where you are currently located.

Step 1: Clear App Data and Cache
- Open Settings on your Android device and go to Apps.
- Select your streaming app.
- Tap Storage.
- Choose Clear cache and Clear data.
Step 2: Reinstall the Streaming App
- Go back to the app setting screen and tap Uninstall.
- Tap OK to confirm.
- Reinstall the streaming app from your app store.
- Open the app store and search for the streaming app.
- Tap Install and wait for it to download.
Step 3: Restart Your Device
After reinstalling the app, restart your device to ensure all changes are applied correctly.
Step 4: Reconnect to CyberGhost VPN
- Open the CyberGhost VPN app.
- Connect to a server in the country where you are currently located.
- Once connected, open your streaming platform and try again.
