Follow these steps to cancel your CyberGhost VPN subscription or trial on Google Play:
- Open the Play Store application.
- Tap your account icon and go to Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select CyberGhost VPN from the list.
- Tap Cancel subscription and select a reason when prompted.
- Tap Continue, then confirm that you want to cancel.
Note: Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges, but it doesn’t automatically refund any payments already made. In-app subscriptions on Android are managed by the Google Play Store and are not covered by CyberGhost VPN’s money-back guarantee. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Google Play Support.
