Subscribe to CyberGhost VPN

When you first open CyberGhost VPN, you’ll see a request to share essential and analytics data, which we use to operate and improve our services. This data won’t be tracked back to you. The information is anonymized and doesn’t include your browsing activity or VPN traffic.

1. Read the notification and tap Accept to continue. You can update your data-sharing preferences at any time.

2. Tap one of the Subscribe buttons to choose a plan. Next, follow the on-screen billing steps.

3. Subscribing via Google in-app purchases prompts you to create a new account. Enter your email address and a password. Choose a secure one with 8+ characters, including numbers, special characters, and mixed-case letters.

4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Open the attached link to activate your account.

Log in to Your CyberGhost VPN Account

1. Tap Existing user? at the bottom of the screen to go to the Login screen.

2. Enter your account credentials and tap Login to get started with CyberGhost VPN.

Encountered issues logging in?

• Lost your password? Tap “Recover account” on the Login screen and follow the instructions.
• Activated too many devices? You might see an error stating you reached your maximum allowed devices. Please visit My Account to remove any unused devices, then log in again on your Android.
