CyberGhost Support may ask you to send debug logs to help troubleshoot an issue with the Windows app. Debug logs can include technical data, such as crash reports, connection errors, and server authentication errors.

Open the CyberGhost VPN app and click the Settings icon.

Click Send Feedback.

On the page that opens, complete the required fields. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible. The CSI ID will fill in automatically.
Note: Debug logs help CyberGhost Support investigate app issues. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.
