Various internal and external factors play a role in the process of establishing a VPN connection, such as the network preferences of your device, the protocols used on your network, other software, the type of network (home, public, mobile data), and so on.
Should you encounter connection problems on any of these devices, check our guides below:

Some general recommendations if you are unable to connect are also given below. After following each set of instructions, check to see if the problem persists.
-
Try different server locations.
-
Log out of your account in the application and log back in. Try logging in again.
-
Temporarily disable potentially antivirus/firewall software or any other possible interfering apps. In some cases, they interfere with VPN connections. Then they try to connect again.
-
Remove the application, reboot your device, and install the VPN client again. Now try logging in again.
-
Please try to connect using a different connection protocol.
-
Remove parental/security controls on your router.
- Reboot your router/modem.
Alternatively, you can also try to connect a different device on the same network. Doing so will let you know if it is a networking or device problem. For instance, if you cannot connect the Android device, check with your PC to see if you can connect. And if they are both failing to establish a connection, then the issue is with your home network. However, if your PC can connect, something is wrong with the setup on your phone.
