In your Android settings, select Connections.

Tap Mobile networks.

Select Access Point Names.

Click the gear icon next to the access point name you’re using. On older Android versions, you might not see the gear icon and will need to click on the access point name.

Scroll down until you find the APN protocol option and select it.

Select IPv4.
