Sometimes our customer support team may ask you to send the application debug log files to assist in the troubleshooting process.
This article will show you how you can send debug logs.
- Open the application and click on the Settings icon.
- Select Send Feedback...
This will open a new web page. Please fill in the fields on screen and give as many details as possible about the issue you are facing. The CSI ID will automatically be filled in.
Note: The information you send is for debugging purposes. CyberGhost VPN will receive non-personal data such as crashes, connectivity errors, server authentication problems, etc. It will only be used to provide you with the best assistance possible.
