If you are unable to send emails while connected to a VPN server, it might be that CyberGhost VPN has blocked your email provider’s TCP port 25. Port 25 is the default SMTP port that enables transfers between email servers. In recent years, internet service providers and email providers have started blocking port 25 as a security measure because of the prevalence of email-based attacks associated with the port.
To solve this issue, please adjust your CyberGhost VPN settings.
